ADA-compliant Bathroom SignADA-compliant Transgender Signs Now Available
[BERKELEY, CA] - Starr King School for Ministry (SKSM), the Unitarian Universalist seminary, in Berkeley, California has designed a transgender bathroom sign that would be ADA compliant, if such standards existed.

The signs are not only much apreciated, but provide a sense of visibility at the school, which is empowering to transgender individuals.

The signs can be bought through Thomas Smith the VP of Finance and Administration at SKSM at [email protected]

All signs would meet ADA standards IF the ADA included "transgender" in its language. The signs are ADA blue with white, raised lettering and pictures. Each sign also has Braille to match the wording. A 12x12 inch sign is $75 and a 9x6 inch sign is $30.
