INDIANA: SUPPORT SERVICES

Spectrum - Ball State University

Description:
Spectrum is the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and allied student association at Ball State University. We are an anonymous, healthy and safe place for students of all sexual and gender orientations to find understanding, gain acceptance, create a network of support, socialize and educate.

Confidential meetings are held weekly during the fall and spring semesters every Thursday at 8:00 pm in room 301 in the Student Center. Anyone and everyone (including non-Ball State students) regardless of sexual or gender orientation is welcome, but due to the nature of the association, everyone is asked to respect the privacy of others. We try our best to make each meeting fun but also educational. Most meetings include a speaker presenting, a topic discussion and some kind of educational or related activity.
